The Toro TimeCutter 75742 combines a 42-inch stamped, 13-gauge steel deck with a manufacturer-rated 22.5 HP Toro Commercial V-Twin engine. The gasoline engine has 708cc displacement and electric starting. Its two-blade deck discharges clippings to the side and adjusts between 1.5 and 4.5 inches.
Dual HG-ZT2100 hydrostatic drives and wrap-around steering levers provide zero-turn control. Smart Speed offers mowing, trimming and towing settings, with listed maximum speeds of 7, 5.5 and 4 mph respectively. Toro identifies this model for residential use on flat lawns with obstacles, up to 2 acres. A 16-inch seat, cup holder, hitch bracket and deck washout port are standard equipment.
